The Pinot Noir used in this Rose is from a south facing slope on the Tietjen vineyard in the Hexton Hills of Gisborne. Grown in the tough Kaiti Clay soils renowned for growing grapes with outstanding balance and flavour. Here the Pinot Noir retains all the prettiness and lightness in colour and flavour. A true link to the Gisborne summer and long warm afternoons.
