2016 Petit Manseng Gisborne, 375ml
Skin fermented Petit Manseng is a centuries old technique where the skins are left in contact with the juice creating a light orange colour. At Spade Oak this wine was fermented in two sealed barriques for 288 days. Coming in at 15.5% alcohol this is a litle bottle that packs a punch. It features aromas of oranges & mandarins, roasted nuts and caramel. The palate is dry to taste and full bodied, ripe citrus fruit with a fresh lacey acidity. 375ml.
