Skin fermented Petit Manseng also known as "Orange" due to the colour. This is a centuries old technique where the skins are left in contact with the juice. At Spade Oak this wine was fermented in two sealed barriques for 288 days. Coming in at 15.5% alcohol this is a litle bottle that packs a punch.
Colour: Light orange.
Aromas: Oranges & mandarins, roasted nuts and caramel.
Palate: Dry to taste and full bodied, ripe citrus fruit with a fresh lacey acidity.
