Aromas: Peach and Dried Apricot, Grilled lemon, Cedar oak lift with yeast and bread notes.
Palate: Fresh flavour-some and creamy rich, balanced by zesty citrus acidity.

Style

Full bodied rich fruity and creamy barrel influenced dry white wine. A blend of two classic grape varieties has produced an aromatically complex and satisfying wine. The wine delivers Gisborne Chardonnay elegance with the aromatic, fruity richness and texture of Viognier combining to give a long, integrated finish.

Colour: Ruby red with translucent crimson hue.
Aromas: Black cherry and rustic wild berry lift. Forest floor earthy notes of mushrooms.
Palate: Ripe fruit sweetness of spiced cherries, juicy mid palate finishing with silky soft tannins.

Style

A fruit forward aromatic dark berry red Burgundy like wine. The wine is elegant and complex with a silky finish and fruitful palate.

 

Syrah/Tempranillo 2009

Colour: Garnet red with deep crimson hue.
Aromas: Wild raspberry and boysenberry with dark chocolate and black Pepper lift. Cedar and char oak barrel influence.
Palate: Silky fruit sweetness of spiced plums, bright acidity integrates the firm, lingering tannin finish.

Style

A fruit forward barrel aged spicy dry red. Elegant and complex, spicy red berry and chary oak barrel lift on a silky fruitful palate with firm and robust tannin finish.
